Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, Buds has been serving up flavor-packed sandwiches since 2012. We're all about preparing it fresh, serving it fast, and keeping the focus on the food.
From Barbacoa-grilled jackfruit to the Pesto Sub, our entirely plant-based menu features classic sandwiches with a twist. With fresh-cut vegetables and sauces that are prepared in-house daily, you’re sure to find a new favorite to make your own. Be sure to try one of our freshly baked zucchini chocolate-chip cookies for dessert.

SPICY MEATBALL SUB 6
Spicy pinto bean and grain meatballs with housemade marinara. Topped with grilled pepper & onions and sesame parmesan on a toasted sourdough hoagie.
THE PESTO SUB 6.50
Grilled soy chicken tossed with fresh made walnut basil pesto. Lettuce, tomato, red onion and balsamic vinaigrette drizzle on a toasted sourdough hoagie.
THE BUFFALO SANDWICH 6
Grilled soy chicken tossed in our house made classic buffalo sauce. Served with shredded cabbage and Buds sauce on a toasted sourdough hoagie.
Grilled peppered soy steak. Topped with cheese sauce, grilled peppers & onion on a toasted sourdough hoagie.
